I design consistent, marketable, customer-focused experiences for mobile and web across multiple product areas at Zalando like sizes, payments, and search. I’m just as interested in every aspect that goes into creating a great user experience and have run brainstorming workshops, and led moderated and unmoderated user research. I am also certified in Accessible Writing and Design.

In the last year, I've been working on Zalando's AI assistant driving projects on improving its conversational design, with a special focus on personalisation and memory.

Before I joined Zalando, I was a Lead UX Writer at Amazon’s B2B product, Amazon Business. And well before that, I got my start in UX writing at Falcon.io (formerly known as Unmetric.)

And way before that, I was a journalist and wrote about politics, crime, civic issues, health, and entertainment.

I'm a British citizen with Permanent Residency in Germany and India.
